Jenny Walker

Jenny has returned to her home town after some years in Canterbury, where she worked in a busy private practice.
Prior to training as an Audiologist, Jenny was a qualified Speech Therapist, so she brings to our clinic a wealth of experience and understanding of hearing loss as well as speech disorders in all age groups.
Jenny is a welcome addition to our friendly team, with her attention to detail and her lovely smile ever at the ready!
Natasha Van Niekerk

Natasha was trained in South Africa, where she worked for 15 years as both a Speech Therapist and Audiologist in a variety of settings, including her own private practice.
Natasha has a heart for people, evident in her warm and patient approach to all her clients.
We are fortunate indeed to include Natasha in our team.
Aura Ramos
MNZAS, Master of Clinical Audiology
Aura completed her Masters Degree in Audiology in the Philippines.
She has worked for Kirsty Gerlach Hearing since 2007, having settled permanently in our fair land.
Aura works diligently and patiently to achieve the best possible outcome for each client, all with caring warmth and humour.
Chrissie Woods
Chrissie takes her place at the reception desk, where she is the main voice and face of the clinic.
Covering the front desk as well as cleaning and repairing hearing aids, Chrissie brings calm and order to our busy office, all with a smile.
Sarah Kilgour
Born in Malawi but raised in NZ, we regard our book-keeper Sarah as a full-fledged Kiwi. She has spent all of her working career in small businesses and accounting firms in Rotorua, so she is definitely comfortable with numbers. And when she is not toting up numbers she is wearing her hat as office manager, keeping all of our t's crossed and i's dotted!
